All parcels are sent through the Australia Post network. All shipping prices are dictated by Australia Post. However, please note that in certain circumstances, we may engage alternative services to fulfill your shipment

Heavy Item Shipping Fee
Some products in our store are considered heavy or oversized and will incur an additional $20 shipping charge. When these items are purchased along with other products, our standard shipping rate will be added to the total. Please note that the free delivery over $130 offer and express shipping is not available for heavy items.

Handling Time
We endeavour to process and get all orders out within 1-2 business days. Not including weekends or public holidays.
